Rob Konopaske, Ph.D. | President and Founder

Dr. Rob is an experienced management consultant and trainer, and an award-winning management professor at Texas State University and has co-authored 20+ books on management, organizational behavior, and human resource management with McGraw-Hill Education. At ME360, he is involved in mapping the strategic direction of the company, developing and delivering content, and supporting his team of caring and dedicated overachievers.

“When I started ME360 as a one-person leadership training company in 2013, I had no idea it would evolve into a consulting company that offers a variety of leadership development tools to help our clients. Today, I owe much of the growth of this ‘hometown’ company to those initial clients and referring professionals who entrusted ME360 to deliver high-quality results. Also, I am grateful to my brother and partner, Brad, for always being there to provide sage advice and mentoring.”

Dr. Rob believes every leader, manager, or employee can continuously learn, grow, and make a positive impact on their organizations. This core belief motivated him to leverage his Ph.D. in Business Administration and experience as a management professor to help people and their organizations develop more fully and achieve higher levels of performance.

Rob has been married to his lovely wife, Vania, since 2008. They have 2 children, Nick and Isabella, who are both proud Aggies. Rob enjoys playing pickleball, indulging in Brazilian food, and traveling.
